Our team manually reviews each application (Kbis, W9 or equivalent) within 24–48 business hours. You receive a confirmation email once approved.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard. You retain access until the end of the current billing period, with no extra fees.
Is there a commission on partnerships?
No. Metallium takes no commission on your partnerships. You only pay the monthly subscription.
Can I contact creators before verification?
No. Creator contact is only unlocked after your application has been manually approved by our team.
Which documents do I need to provide?
A Kbis extract (France), W9 (USA) or the equivalent for your country. The document must be less than 3 months old.
Can I have multiple partner accounts for the same company?
No. One partner account per company. You can invite collaborators from your dashboard.
